Service Description

Get your group of besties, work friends or bring your family for an immersive clay bonding workshop of slab building with clay. Contact SPENCER CERAMICS directly to request you own private group class and want you would like to create! Minimum group bookings - 8-10 people per group booking. PRICING INDICATED IS PER PERSON On the completion of your creations you can leave them for us to glaze and fire your items and then will be available for collection from the s within 4 - 5 weeks. If you are interstate or travelling through we can arrange to have these posted to you. What to bring? You only need to bring your beautiful self, everything else will be provided for you at the atelier. Comfortable clothing and closed toes shoes into the workshops are recommended. Atelier Provisions: A selection of breakfast pastries will be provided for Morning Workshops at the Atelier. You will also receive a Spencer Ceramics token for your coffee and tea fix provided at Vagabond, located in Habitat. Midday and Afternoon Workshops will have a selection of tasting platters provided by Vagabond’ The Spencer Ceramics ‘Drinks’ trolley will be provided in store with a selection of beverages provided. You may bring your own preference of beverage if you desire. TERMS & CONDITIONS: READ CAREFULLY - Please choose carefully as we do not offer cash refunds on the workshops at Spencer Ceramics. Cancellation Policy: We do need to have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all workshops at Spencer Ceramics. These workshops do book out in advance, so to ensure a fair booking system we ask for more than 24 hours notice so that we have the option to offer the space to someone else who has be on a waiting list or wishing to attend. If cancellation is made before 24 hours of the workshop commencing you will be credited back into your account to book in another time that works for you. You can also send another person in you place should you have someone who would like to attend. Please ensure that you take all the necessary precautions and care for others with COVID - 19 still in our communities.

Cancellation Policy

I am wanting to always be as fair and understanding as possible and understand that life can throw us curve balls now and then. To try and keep things flowing openly as possible I would expect to have 5 days notice for a cancellation. This will enable me to open up the space for other people who would like to attend but also give them time to get to the store for their workshop. If less than seven days’ notice is given, we will be unable to offer a refund, however, we are able to offer you a credit. However, to be fair, cancellations within 48 hours of the class commencement then there will be no credit or refund allocated. Full refunds can be returned to you if you are within the 5 day cancellation period.
