CUSTOMER CARE
Spencer Ceramic Collections are currently all made from stoneware that are thrown on the wheel and also hand-built. Some of the pieces are decorated with glazes and fired at 1260 degree celsius. They are all food safe.

Unlike mass-produced ceramics, all of my collections are made carefully by hand and washing them by hand is always recommended. Dishwasher use in a longer period may shorten their lifespan.
​
With the tableware or other pieces, please avoid the extreme hot or cold condition such as using in an oven or a freezer, which could cause thermal shock and may result in breakage.

Craig Spencer (Spencer Ceramics) (referred as "I" "my" and "me") is a sole trading small business.

My website and online shop are hosted on WIX. Inc. (WIX) They provide me with the online e-commerce
platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your information is stored securely by WIX when an order has been placed.

WIX uses third party payment providers to assist in proceeding your personal information in order to complete your order via my online shop. They only collect information that is required for purchase related transaction, and this will be done either by PayPal or Stripes.

When you purchase my products directly on a face to face events, I may occasionally use the payment service, Squarespace. Inc. (Squarespace). Your information will be collected to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I share your information to other service providers such as Australia Post and other courier services, in order to complete your order request. This is only to the extent necessary to perform these services

HOW I COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION AND WHERE I STORE IT

Your name and email address are collected by Google mailing list service provider that I use, if you signed up to my mailing list via the store. Occasionally I collect your personal information directly from events I attend or via email enquiry, but this is limited throughout the year.

I collect further information such as your postal address in order to fulfil your request and customer support when orders are placed.

When you provide your personal information to sign up to my newsletter, place an order or send / reply to a message, I understand that you consent to my collecting information and using it for that specific purpose only.
